Admin Assistant (based at Branches)
    Location: Selangor / Kuala Lumpur / Butterworth / Kuantan / Ipoh / Skudai / Kota Kinabalu

     

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Assist in day-to-day general administration and clerical works, such as, responding to email and phone calls, etc.
    • Prepare invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, branch delivery orders, and other related documentations
    • Perform and handle receiving and shipment related tasks
    • Handle daily bank in and cash collection related tasks
    • Assist to monitor employees’ attendance
    • Assist in preparing and updating documents
    • Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation
    • Assist to ensure smooth branch operations
    • Any other tasks assigned from time to time
    Job Requirement:
    • Minimum SPM and above
    • Computer literate
Admin Assistant (based at Headquarters)
    Location: Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Selangor

     

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Provide support and assist Planning Department
    • Assist in various creditor related tasks (such as: Keying in Purchase Order, Order Confirmation and other related tasks)
    • Assist in various debtor related tasks (such as: Keying in Sales Order, prepare Tax Invoices and other related tasks)
    • Handle paperwork related tasks
    • Ensure all documents are properly filed
    Job Requirement:
    • Minimum SPM and above
    • Computer literate
Admin Assistant (based at Warehouse)
    Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, Selangor

     

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Assist in day-to-day general administration and clerical works
    • Assist in branches stock movement related tasks
    • Assist in warranty claim related tasks
    • Perform proper filling to track items efficiently
    Job Requirement:
    • Minimum SPM and above
    • Computer literate
Sales Assistant / Executive (based at Branches)
    Location: Selangor / Kuala Lumpur / Butterworth / Kuantan / Ipoh / Skudai / Kota Kinabalu

     

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Actively seek out sales opportunities and build a strong sales network
    • Sell company goods (car spare parts)
    • Work to achieve monthly sales target and KPI
    • Respond and follow up with customer inquiries on various platforms
    • Prepare sales related documents, such as, Sales Order, Packing List, and others
    • Respond to and handle item returns and warranty claims
    • Assist with store management or delivery when needed
    Job Requirement:
    • Computer literate
    • Have working experience in selling automotive spare parts is preferred for this position
Parts Assistant / Executive (based at Branches)
    Location: Selangor / Kuala Lumpur / Butterworth / Kuantan / Ipoh / Skudai / Kota Kinabalu

     

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Prepare goods (car spare parts) for shipment or delivery
    • Load and unload goods (car spare parts)
    • Perform goods inventory management (such as: ensure stock are arranged neatly, perform daily stock count and other related tasks)
    • Perform proper filling to track items efficiently
    • Ensure good housekeeping
    Job Requirement:
    • Minimum SPM and above
    • Computer literate

    • Maintain company vehicle (van) in good condition
    Job Requirement:
    • Valid GDL license
    • Has Smartphone with Mobile Data
    • Know how to use Waze / Google Maps
Lorry Driver (based at Warehouse)
    Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, Selangor

     

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Send car spare parts to customers or branches
    • Assist to load and unload car spare parts
    • Maintain company vehicle (lorry) in good condition
    Job Requirement:
    • Valid GDL license
    • Has Smartphone with Mobile Data
    • Know how to use Waze / Google Maps
Despatch (based at Branches)
    Location: Selangor / Kuala Lumpur / Butterworth / Kuantan / Ipoh / Skudai / Kota Kinabalu

     

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Send car spare parts or documents to customers or branches
    • Assist to load and unload car spare parts
    Job Requirement:
    • Valid B2 license
    • Has own motorcycle
    • Has Smartphone with Mobile Data
    • Know how to use Waze / Google Maps
