Admin Assistant (based at Branches)
- Assist in day-to-day general administration and clerical works, such as, responding to email and phone calls, etc.
- Prepare invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, branch delivery orders, and other related documentations
- Perform and handle receiving and shipment related tasks
- Handle daily bank in and cash collection related tasks
- Assist to monitor employees’ attendance
- Assist in preparing and updating documents
- Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation
- Assist to ensure smooth branch operations
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time
- Minimum SPM and above
- Computer literate

- Assist in various creditor related tasks (such as: Keying in Purchase Order, Order Confirmation and other related tasks)
- Assist in various debtor related tasks (such as: Keying in Sales Order, prepare Tax Invoices and other related tasks)
- Handle paperwork related tasks
- Ensure all documents are properly filed

- Actively seek out sales opportunities and build a strong sales network
- Sell company goods (car spare parts)
- Work to achieve monthly sales target and KPI
- Respond and follow up with customer inquiries on various platforms
- Prepare sales related documents, such as, Sales Order, Packing List, and others
- Respond to and handle item returns and warranty claims
- Assist with store management or delivery when needed
- Computer literate
- Have working experience in selling automotive spare parts is preferred for this position
